A Based Open Heart makes a deeply personal statement. It signifies the love and compassion felt by a loved one or the immediate family.
 
The base is traditionally formed in double white chrysanthemums with your choice of colour spray and ribbon or foliage edge.
 
The flowers will vary according to the seasons.
